Metal Detector Service Centers

# Metal Detector Service & Repair Centers

If your metal detector needs warranty service, repair, or technical support, we recommend contacting the manufacturer or authorized service network directly.

Service locations, warranty procedures, and repair partners can change, so using the manufacturer’s current support system helps ensure that you receive the correct instructions.

## XP Metal Detectors Service & Support

For XP detector warranty, repair, and technical support, we recommend contacting XP or the current authorized U.S. service network directly.

Service procedures and locations may change, so customers should confirm current repair instructions before shipping equipment.

Do not ship an XP detector or accessory to a service location until you have received current authorization or instructions.

## OKM Service & Support

Professional OKM equipment may require specialized technical support.

For OKM 3D ground scanners, GPR systems, and other advanced equipment, please contact Treasure Coast Metal Detectors before shipping or returning the equipment.

We will help determine the appropriate next step based on the product, warranty status, and issue involved.

## Before Sending Equipment for Repair

Before shipping any detector or accessory for service:

- Contact the manufacturer or service provider first
- Obtain any required repair or return authorization
- Confirm the current shipping address
- Remove batteries when instructed
- Include your contact information and a description of the problem
- Keep your tracking number and shipping receipt

Do not send equipment to an old or unverified service address found online without first confirming that the location is still authorized.
