At Treasure Coast Metal Detectors, we work to process and ship orders as quickly and securely as possible.

Order Confirmation

After you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirms that your order has been received by our system.

For some products, we may confirm inventory with the manufacturer or distributor before shipment. If an item is temporarily unavailable, backordered, or cannot be shipped within the expected time frame, we will contact you by email or phone.

Order Processing and Shipment

Most in-stock orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days.

Some products may ship directly from a manufacturer or distributor and may require additional processing time. Larger, specialty, or advanced equipment may also require additional handling before shipment.

Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Please allow the carrier time to activate the tracking number after you receive your shipping confirmation.

Shipping Within the United States

Treasure Coast Metal Detectors ships to customers throughout the United States.

Shipping options and charges, when applicable, are shown during checkout.

Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other U.S. territories may require additional shipping charges depending on the size, weight, value, and destination of the order.

If additional shipping is required, we will contact you before the order is shipped.

Free Shipping

Free shipping may be available on qualifying products and orders.

Free-shipping offers apply only where specifically stated and may exclude certain oversized, heavy, specialty, or remote-destination shipments.

High-Value Orders and Signature Requirements

For customer protection and fraud prevention, high-value orders may require:

• Signature upon delivery

• Additional order verification

• Confirmation of billing or shipping information

• Contact with the customer before shipment

These steps are designed to protect both the customer and Treasure Coast Metal Detectors from fraudulent transactions.

Billing and Shipping Addresses

Billing and shipping addresses do not always need to be the same.

However, orders with different billing and shipping addresses may be subject to additional verification before shipment.

We reserve the right to contact the customer or request additional information when an order presents an elevated fraud risk.

Local Pickup

Local pickup may be available by appointment in Jensen Beach, Florida.

Treasure Coast Metal Detectors does not operate a traditional walk-in retail storefront.

Please contact us before placing or picking up a local order so we can confirm availability and arrange a convenient appointment.

Delivery Delays

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times are controlled by the carrier.

Weather, holidays, carrier delays, remote destinations, and other circumstances may affect estimated delivery dates.

Treasure Coast Metal Detectors will assist customers with shipping issues whenever possible, but carrier delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

Damaged or Missing Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, appears to have been opened, or is missing items, please contact us as soon as possible.

Keep the original packaging and shipping materials until the issue has been resolved, as photographs or packaging may be required for a carrier claim.
