How can I track my order?

Once your order has been received you will receive and automated email confirming that we have received your order. We attempt to ship your product within one day but it could take 3 to 5 business days. You will receive a tracking message once your product has been shipped.

Can I get a discount?

We strive to provide our customers with the best price possible. We do have in store sales along with online sales. We urge you to give us a call and we will be happy to put a package together for you with an excellent price. What if there is a problem with my order?

Contact us immediately if there is any problem with your shipment either via email or phone 772 800 9908 and we will take immediate action to fix any issue with your purchase. 

How do I get support for the product that I have ordered? 

We do things different here at Treasure Coast Metal Detectors.  We provide you with addtional information about your product to help further your understand and use of the product. We also offer technical advice for your product to help you understand its use and offer suggestions as to how to put your product to best use for your area conditions. Why do you charge for shipping?

For the most part we offer free shipping. Cost for shipping has increased. We do charge for some items purchased that are heavy or bulky such as some of our sand scoops. You will see this in your checkout when making a purchase.

Do you take trade-in detectors?

No we do not take trade-in products. 

Do you ship internationally?

No we do not ship internationally.

 Do you have a payment plan?

Yes there are two payment plans offered at this time. One is Shoppay and PayPal. 

Do you offer a military discount?


The military discount is good for one Minelab (excludes Go-Finds) or Garrett  (Apex or higher) detector per year. The discount must be for the person ordering the detector.

Please submit proof of military service 

  • Acceptable documents include:
    • DD214 
    • Driver’s License with "Veteran" Endorsement (Available in some states) 
    • VA Insurance card 
    • Military ID (RETIRED ONLY) Active Military IDs CAN NOT BE ACCEPTED. 
    • Certificate highlighting branch of service, or graduation.
    • A copy of this can be submitted to info@treasurecoastmetaldetectors.com
